The food
In Fatfish, our aim & mission is to provide the freshest food at the most attractive pricing. We serve two choices of steamboat consisting of either the Steamboat Set or Ala Carte Buffet Steamboat.
We have two delicate Thai chefs who have over 30 years of experience and most of our steamboat menu are base on freshly hand-made items like the FishGlue Pork Meatball, Shrimp Ball, Seaweed Roll and other items.
Our Ala Carte Buffet have a wide varieties of food items which includes "Shabu Shabu" from thinly sliced Striploin, Lambmeat, Pork Belly, Pork Collar as well as Sea Cucumber, Prawns, Oysters, Jelly Fish, Fish Fillets and all Marinated Meat items etc.
Only for Steamboat set and Ala Carte Buffet, you will entitle complimentary serve of a choice of Thinly Sliced Wagyu Beef Or Kurobuta(Black Pork)...! (T&C apply)
On top of steamboat, we also serve various Fried Rice as well as stir fried Thai Style Kangkong, Seabass, Toonhoon Crab, Fried Prawn Paste etc.
